  1. Marinate washed chicken with curd and leave for 10-15 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai..add chopped onion and fry till light brown. Then add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1min. Add chopped tomatoes and mix.. then add salt and all the dry masala. Cook well for another 5mins adding little water... till oil is seen on sides.
  3. Then add marinated chicken and mix well with the masala for 3mins on high flame. Add a little water and cover lid and cook till the chicken is tender.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked add cashew paste, kasuri methi, coriander leaves and fresh cream. Mix well. Add a little water if u don't want the gravy to be too thick. Mix well
  5. Serve hot with paratha or naan
